What it is for

The second stacked layout in the range, rated slightly wider at 13 to 33 inches and 19.8 lbs per screen. Stacking is the layout for desks with depth but not width, and for work where one screen is being watched and the other worked on. Mounting is by clamp on a single post, so the desk footprint is a single clamp jaw regardless of how many screens are on it.

Check before you order. This mount uses the 75 by 75 mm VESA pattern only, which is the narrower of the two common sizes. Many 27 inch and larger monitors use 100 by 100 mm and will not fit without an adapter.

What assembly actually means

A stacked pair is easiest to build from the top down in terms of planning and from the bottom up in terms of execution: decide the top screen height first while standing at the desk, then fit the lower screen, then the upper. Fitting the upper one first leaves no room to work under it.
