Terms of Use

Using this site means accepting what follows. It is short, and none of it is hidden in a clause.

What this site is

A reference catalogue of the ErGear range, 48 products described with their published figures. It is a place to compare and decide. It is not a shop: no order can be placed here, no payment is taken here and no contract of sale is formed here.

Every buying link opens the same item at the retail partner. The contract, the price you pay, the delivery terms and the return rights are all theirs, and their terms govern the purchase.

Accuracy

Specifications are reproduced from the published figures for each product and are checked when the catalogue is built. Prices and stock are read from the retail partner and change without notice, so the figure at their checkout is the one that governs.

Errors are possible. Where a figure here differs from the one supplied with the product, the supplied figure is correct, and an email to [email protected] gets the page fixed.

The calculators

The height calculator and the mount finder apply ordinary ergonomic proportions and published product limits to numbers you enter. They are a guide to what to try first, not professional, medical or engineering advice, and they cannot account for an injury, an unusual proportion or a desk that is not in this catalogue.

Anyone with a back, neck or wrist complaint should treat the output as a starting point for a conversation with a clinician rather than a recommendation in itself. Fitting decisions and load calculations for anything not listed here are outside what these tools can honestly do.

Use of the material

The text, tables and layout of this site are its own work and may not be copied wholesale. Quoting a figure or a sentence with a link back is fine and welcome. Product names, trademarks and product photography belong to their owners.

Do not attempt to scrape, overload or interfere with the site, and do not present its material as your own.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. Reasonable care goes into the figures, but no guarantee is given that a page is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and no liability is accepted for a decision taken on the basis of it beyond what the law requires and cannot exclude.
