Who ships what, and what turns up
Orders are placed and shipped by the retail partner. What follows is what that means in practice, particularly for the heavy items.
Nothing is dispatched from this site. Following a buying link takes you to the same item at the retail partner, and from that point the delivery estimate, the carrier, the tracking and the delivery window are all theirs. The estimate shown at their checkout is the one to trust, since it accounts for your address and the stock actually on the shelf.
Where a delivery goes wrong, the retail partner is also the only party who can re-send, refund or chase the carrier, because they hold the order.
A complete desk usually comes in two cartons: one long flat box for the top and one heavy box for the frame, and they do not always arrive on the same day. That is normal and not a sign of a missing parcel. The frame carton is the heavy one, commonly 40 to 70 pounds, and it is worth having somewhere to put it before it appears.
Bare frames come in a single heavy carton. Monitor mounts and the footrest are small parcels a single person can carry. Chairs arrive in one box with the gas cylinder packed separately inside it.
